Welcome to Our Motorhome Adventures.
Upon the sale of our trawler yacht M/V AKAMA and moving back to Canada in 2008 we could not decide where to settle; the nomadic blood was in our veins. So, we bought a 39-foot Winnebago Journey motorhome to live in full time. While we spend much of our time in the Ottawa area, where our children live, we are intent on exploring all corners of Canada and the USA. To that end, we have crossed Canada several times and have travelled extensively throughout the USA. Each year we travelled to new places, taking a new route each time. This web site chronicles our experiences and is offered for your information and entertainment.
Note: This web site should be a work in progress...so many pages are not yet completed. But other priorities dictate that little if anything more will be posted here.
The original web site was created for our family and friends to follow our travels, but was available to anyone. Now that we've settled in Oliver BC we've rewritten the site and are leaving it online for reference. We hope that it will be interesting and useful.
